IDC Change Requests

The Infrastructure Development Code (IDC) is a 'living' document. This means that it must be able to grow or adapt to changes in technology, method, process and legislative requirements where appropriate.

It is intended that the IDC provides consistency, promotes success and collaboration for the infrastructure development industry e.g. developers, designers, suppliers, contractors, the council and community.

Formal Record of Suggested Changes

As part of a full review of IDC related issues, Council requested feedback regarding any change you thought could improve the IDC environment. The feedback period closed at 5pm Friday 30 September 2016 and Council is currently working through the feedback. Once collation, understanding and prioritisation of the feedback is complete, we will update you on the process moving forward.

Thank you to those of you who provided suggestions. We really appreciate your time, expertise and involvement.
